Getting sick is not fair

For the past week, I've had a fever, headache, and sore throat that prevents me from eating pizza. I've been stuck indoors and bored outta my mind. Here's a picture that entertained me:

Wow, long time since I last posted. . .

I just remembered I have a blog. Hmm. Whoops, I haven't posted in a really long time. Well, it's finally sunny today, I might go shoot some arrows later. The weather lately has been really. . . dissapointing. So I googled some pics of snowflakes.

And now, for some pictures of sunny beaches, where I wish I was right now. . .

Which would you rather be in right now, snow or sun?

WATERMELONS!!

So I've known for a while that watermelons can come cube-shaped(easier to ship/stack) but today I googled different shaped watermelons, and some epic watermelon carvings:

Mmm, brains!!
And I'm sure you've already seen this one, it's been on a lot of forwards, but it's awesome anyway!

Aladdin is here!

Today was the first day of Aladdin BAAY camp, 5 hours of it! We learned the start of two different dances, learned/practiced the beginning to the song Arabian Nights, had voice auditions, and played a bunch of games. Tomorrow all auditions will be wrapped up, and the cast list will be posted as soon as tomorrow afternoon!! It's great being back at BAAY, and it's the most exciting thing I've done this summer.

And here's some random stuff I found on the internet:
Cutest baby hippo ever!

  • Floccinaucinihilipilification, the declaration of an item being useless, is the longest non-medical term in the English language.

  • The world’s longest-named lake has 45 letters (Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg).

  • The longest word in the English language is ‘pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis’ which describes a lung disease caused by breathing in particles of volcanic matter or a similar fine dust.

  • The word “alphabet” is derived from the first two letters in the Greek alphabet: “alpha” and “beta”.

  • Ernest Vincent Wright wrote a novel, “Gadsby”, which contains over 50,000 words — none of them with the letter E! Of all the words in the English language, the word set has the most definitions!

  • AVPM(A Very Potter Musical) stuff

Okay, I'm done. Sorry for that long post! If you get this far, you're awesome!(I would give you a gold star, but this is a website, and stickers don't work on websites, they just stick to your computer screen) Oh! And don't forget to check out the fish pond at the bottom of the page!

    Camping

On the solstice(June21st) my family went up to Silver Lake in the RV and camped. My sister brought her friend Hope, so they were annoying and hyper the whole trip. I took a bunch of pictures, since I was so bored, here they are:
Ella and Hope keeping themselves entertained on the drive, we sat in traffic for a half hour

    Our campsite

My dad starting up the gas stove, snazzy sunglasses, eh?

Ella and her friend gettin' their groove on

    The bridge at the lake

My dog, she usually looks crazier than this when she's in the water.
She usually digs for rocks by the shore. Not kidding.

Mmmm, some bread off the side of the bridge

Mmmm, marshmallows. I didn't have any, I had lemon pie instead.

    No marshmallows for Riley!

I got really bored so I started to discover all the weird things my camera can do. . .

Having fun with shutter speed settings

This one is really dark but it's supposed to be the stars.

    Tadpoles in the lake.

This is a picture of the bruise on my knee, I got it before camping.
. . .Climing up the ladder to my loft bed.

This sign I found online but it will forever bother me.
