What is Magical about this Photo?

The 9 3/4 sign at the 14th Street Union Square subway stop.
Don't see it? Perhaps you should read(or re-read) Harry Potter. I found this on Ananka's Diary(Kirsten Miller's blog) and absolutely HAD to share it!!!

Happy Thanksgiving!

It finally snowed! We weren't able to drive down to Tacoma, so instead we've been sledding all day. I really don't want to go to school on Monday, but unfortunately it should warm up be then. Everyone wear your pj's inside out, and have a Happy Thanksgiving! Oh yeah, and visit <makeaflake.com> if you are feeling snowy!?!

And this is a video that shows everything you need to know about Little Red Riding Hood, check it out! http://vimeo.com/3514904

New York's Very Own Fagin

So as many of you know I am in the play Oliver Twist. In it there is a man named Fagin who runs a band of thieves made up of orphans. The story takes place in London, but here is some information about a woman who ran a school for criminals right in New York:

Harry Potter #7!

So as many of you know, the first part of the last installment of the Harry Potter movies was released. I went to see it, as I am a huge fan of the books. I thought the movie was very close to the books, and they did an excellent job, especially where they ended it. What did you think of it? One thing that threw me off was the actor who played Rufus Scrimgeour played Davy Jones in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. It was so strange to see him without tentacles sprouting from his chin! Anyways, for those of you who haven't seen it, A Very Potter Musical on Youtube is the best thing since, well, Harry Potter. There is no way to describe it, you just have to see it!
